About the organisation
Comunidad de Regantes del Norte de Gran Canaria coordinates the supply of rainwater for agricultural use in Artenara, Agaete, Gáldar and Santa María de Guía. Its water resources are stored in reservoirs and distributed through a network of channels and water-distribution structures known as cantoneras. The organisation serves the farmers who are members of the community.
