Law 2/2023 of 20 February requires certain private-sector entities to have an internal reporting system, depending on their number of employees, legal nature and area of activity. Clúster Agrotech Canarias is a private non-profit association registered in the Register of Associations of the Canary Islands, with fewer than 50 employees.
Based on its legal nature, associative framework and current activity, no circumstance under article 10 of Law 2/2023 has been identified that would require the association to have an internal reporting system.
