About the organisation
Oficina del Regante de Tenerife is part of the Island Council’s Technical Service for Agriculture and Rural Development and is based at La Quinta farm in Garachico. It works to improve irrigation efficiency through advice, assessments and experimental work, particularly in banana cultivation. Its activities include management recommendations and training in collaboration with the agricultural extension network.
